Today, the school talks to parents through…
Parent WhatsApp groups
The school isn't always in them, information gets distorted, and personal phone numbers circulate.
The paper home-school notebook
Notes don't always reach parents, and nobody knows whether they were read.
Buried emails
Circulars go to the whole school, land in spam folders, and the replies scatter.
No history
No way to know who received what, or to find an official message when a parent disputes it.
Everything your school needs to talk to families
Announcements and messaging
Circulars targeted by class or year group, and school-parent messaging with read receipts.
Absences and late arrivals
Register taken in seconds, parents notified, and absence notes sent from the app.
Homework
Each class's work and resources, available to parents and pupils alike.
Parent-teacher meetings
Parents book a slot online, with no back-and-forth calls or messages.
School canteen
The week's menus and each pupil's dietary requirements in one place.
Timetable
Parents see their child's class timetable and upcoming exams in the app.
The founding-schools offer
We support every school ourselves. Ten schools is what we can look after properly this year.

Founding price from September 2027, locked for 3 years
Over 800 pupils: on quote. Prices per school, excluding VAT, billed annually (€588, €1,788 or €3,588 excl. VAT per year). Nothing to pay for parents. You pay nothing before September 2027.
Offer terms
- Open to the first 10 private schools in France, state-contracted or independent, that sign the letter of intent; it ends once the 10 places are taken.
- Free until 31 August 2027. The founding price then applies for 3 school years (2027-2028 to 2029-2030), based on the number of pupils declared at signature.
- You can withdraw at no cost, in writing, before 31 August 2027.
- Promo code: 20% off the founding price for those 3 years; one code per school, not combinable, valid until the code's expiry date.
- BeeNet does not replace your school management software for grades and report cards: it focuses on school-family communication and works alongside your current tools.
- Offer made by TAKISOFT 2.0, Paris, publisher of BeeNet.
Why BeeNet
Built for schools
Classes, year groups, families and staff: BeeNet follows how your school is organised, not how a consumer messaging app works.
Parents invited in minutes
Each parent receives the school's invitation and joins the free BeeNet Connect app on Android or iPhone.
Data hosted in Europe
On Microsoft Azure, in the European Union. We give you the description of the processing and the list of subprocessors for your records.
A direct contact
You talk directly to the team building BeeNet, by email, phone or video call.
Frequently asked questions
What's the catch?
There isn't one: BeeNet is free until 31 August 2027, with no credit card. In return, we ask for your feedback to improve the product. If BeeNet isn't right for you, you withdraw at no cost, in writing, before that date.
What happens after 31 August 2027?
Your school moves to the founding price for its size, set today in your letter of intent and locked for 3 years. Nothing is charged automatically: we send you an annual invoice.
We already use Pronote or École Directe. Does BeeNet duplicate them?
No. BeeNet doesn't replace your school management software for grades and report cards. It handles day-to-day communication with families: announcements, messaging, absences, meetings and the canteen, with a searchable history.
How long does it take to get started?
We reply within 24 working hours. We then create your school's space, import your classes and pupils from an Excel file, and train your team by video call.
Do parents have to pay or install anything?
Parents pay nothing. They receive the school's invitation and install the free BeeNet Connect app, available on Android and iPhone.
Where is pupil data hosted?
On Microsoft Azure, in European Union data centres. We give you the description of the processing, the list of subprocessors and the hosting location for your record of processing activities.
I have a promo code: how do I use it?
Click "Have a promo code?" in the form. A valid code gives you 20% off your founding price for the 3 years; the discount is written into your letter of intent.
10 founding schools, supported one by one
Once the 10 places are taken, the offer ends. Reserve yours: we reply within 24 working hours.
