Do you integrate with our existing systems?
BeeNet sends notifications by push and in-app, emergency alerts by push, SMS and email at the same time, and invitations by email, SMS or WhatsApp (with an SMS fallback). We don't have live integrations with external systems yet — SSO, Google Classroom sync, and Pronote / ÉcoleDirecte sync are coming soon. Enterprise customers can discuss custom integration needs with our team.
Will parents actually use BeeNet?
Adoption is the biggest concern we hear — and rightfully so. BeeNet addresses it in three ways: announcements arrive as push notifications, and your school can run SMS campaigns to reach parents who haven't installed the app; the mobile apps are designed to be easy to use; and our onboarding team works directly with you during the trial to get parents enrolled. We also provide ready-made invitation templates in your language.
