Terms of Service

BeeNet is a multi-tenant communication platform designed for schools, sports clubs, community centers, and daycares. The platform provides messaging, scheduling, attendance tracking, and administrative tools.

BeeNet accounts are created for organizations. You must be authorized by your organization to create or manage an account. Individual users access the platform through their organization's subscription.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share content that is harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Attempt to access other organizations' data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure

Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. A 30-day free trial is available after account approval. You may cancel your subscription at any time — service continues until the end of the billing period.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days, after which data will be permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeNet's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. BeeNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
