What counts as a "member" for plan limits?
A member is a student (for schools), athlete (for sports clubs), or participant (for community centers). Parents, teachers, coaches, and administrators access BeeNet for free — they do not count toward billing.

Example: A school with 300 students, 30 teachers, and 600 parents pays for 300 members.
How does the verified trial process work?
BeeNet uses a brief review process to ensure a great fit:

1. Submit a demo request with your organization details
2. Our team reviews your application within 24–48 hours
3. Once approved, you receive a full 30-day trial with Professional plan access
4. After the trial, choose a paid plan or cancel — no auto-billing, no pressure

We approve 85% of requests. We simply want to make sure BeeNet is right for your organization.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. There are no penalties or cancellation fees for switching plans.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
No disruption to your service. If you grow beyond your current tier's maximum, we will notify you and suggest upgrading to the next tier. You will receive a pro-rated charge for the difference. Your organization continues to run seamlessly throughout the transition.
