Applies to: All public primary schools and private primary schools following the Ministry of Education's general-education curriculum, nationwide. Does NOT cover: the ministry-delegated regional flexibility for the Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif education departments to adjust the calendar around the Hajj/Umrah/visit season, which may set different dates; or private schools following non-MOE/international curricula (e.g. April-start Indian/Pakistani curricula, British/American/IB schools), which are not covered by this calendar.
